Dave began his career in 1987 with Aetna Life and Casualty after attending San Jose State University. After two successful years as a life insurance and personal lines producer, he joined Engen & Associates in Gilroy. In this role, he specialized in providing employee benefits solutions to small businesses in the South Bay Area.
In 1992 Dave ventured out on his own and opened Pacific Diversified Insurance and Financial Services in Morgan Hill and Gilroy. Over the next 11 years, Pacific Diversified became recognized as a leader in cutting edge employee benefits management throughout Northern California.
In 2003 Pacific Diversified Insurance and Financial Services merged with Voorhies Parrish & Hussar and became Pacific Diversified Insurance Services, Inc. Dave remained with PDI as the Vice President and Business Development Executive.
In June 2009, Dave left Pacific Diversified Insurance to start Pacific Coast Benefits, LLC. In addition to being the President, Dave manages the employee benefits department and continues to provide top quality services to his customers.
In his spare time, Dave stays very involved in the community and is the co-founder of the First Pitch Foundation.
