PCB Insurance Services, LLC
Dave began his career in 1987 with Aetna Life and Casualty after attending San Jose State University. After two successful years as a life insurance and personal lines producer, he joined Engen & Associates in Gilroy. In this role, he specialized in providing employee benefits solutions to small businesses in the South Bay Area. In 1992 Dave ventured out on his own and opened Pacific Diversified Insurance and Financial Services in Morgan Hill and Gilroy. Over the next 11 years, Pacific Diversified became recognized as a leader in cutting edge employee benefit management throughout Northern California. In 2003 Pacific Diversified Insurance and Financial Services merged with Voorhies Parrish & Hussar and became Pacific Diversified Insurance Services, Inc. Dave remained with PDI as the Vice President and Business Development Executive. In June 2009, Dave left Pacific Diversified Insurance to start Pacific Coast Benefits, LLC. In addition to being the President, Dave manages the employee benefits department and continues to provide top quality services to his customers. In his spare time Dave stays very involved in the community and is the co-founder of the First Pitch Foundation

Monica began her career in the Family Insurance business in 1987 working at Dick Engen and Associates as an Account Manager. Her career path has kept her in the Financial Services and Banking Industry for 25 years. Her background in Banking, Finance and Customer Service has been an iatrical part of the successful launch of Pacific Coast Benefits.
As CEO and Vice President of Pacific Coast Benefits Monica is in charge of the day to day operations of our company. Monica is deeply involved in the Gilroy community volunteering for several charities and nonprofit organizations.
Employee Benefits Division Manager
Bryan grew up in Gilroy, Ca where he graduated from Gilroy High School in 2008. Shortly after High school Bryan enlisted into the U.S. Army where he assisted in the performance of reconnaissance/combat operations in Afghanistan from 07/2010 - 07/2011. Subsequent to his military experience Bryan began taking college courses until he was able to transfer to San Diego State University in 2015 as a Business and Finance Major. Bryan joined Pacific Coast Benefits in 2016 as a Licensed Agent and Customer Service Manager. In his spare time he enjoys roaming the outdoors, attending sports events and spending quality time with close friends and family.
